These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mūsējie website, digital membership card and related membership services.

By joining Mūsējie or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Mūsējie Membership

Mūsējie membership is currently free to join.

To become a member, you must provide the information requested during registration and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Each membership is intended for one individual.

Your Mūsējie membership card and membership number are personal to you and should not be sold, copied, transferred or deliberately shared for use by another person.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel a membership where we reasonably believe that:

  • The membership has been obtained using false or misleading information

  • The card, membership number or member benefits are being misused

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity has taken place

  • These Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached

Digital Membership Card

Members may receive a digital Mūsējie card that can be added to compatible digital wallet services.

The card may include your name, Mūsējie membership number, QR code or other membership identifiers.

Digital card functionality is provided using third-party technology, including WalletWallet, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet where applicable.

Availability of these services may depend on your device, operating system and the relevant third-party provider.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party wallet services.

Mūsējie Offers

Mūsējie partners may provide discounts, benefits, promotions or other offers to Mūsējie members.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Offers are provided by the participating business, not by Mūsējie

  • You may be required to show a valid Mūsējie membership card to receive an offer

  • Offers may be subject to availability

  • Individual partners may apply reasonable terms, exclusions or redemption conditions to their offers

  • Offers may be changed, replaced or withdrawn

We aim to keep information on the Mūsējie website accurate and current, but businesses may occasionally change an offer before the website has been updated.

Where possible, any important restrictions or conditions will be displayed alongside the relevant offer.

Purchases From Mūsējie Partners

When you purchase goods or services from a Mūsējie partner, the transaction is between you and that business.

The partner is responsible for:

  • The goods or services it provides

  • Prices and payment

  • Product or service quality

  • Refunds and cancellations

  • Customer service

  • Compliance with applicable consumer law

Mūsējie does not become the seller or service provider simply because a business appears in the Mūsējie network.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights you may have against the relevant business.

Marketing Communications

Joining Mūsējie does not automatically require you to receive marketing communications.

Where you separately choose to receive Mūsējie marketing by email or SMS, we may send you information about:

  • Member offers

  • New partners

  • Giveaways

  • Mūsējie news

  • Other membership benefits

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel your Mūsējie membership.

Business Partners

Businesses may apply to become Mūsējie partners through the website or by contacting us directly.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Mūsējie network.

Where a business becomes a paying or commercial Mūsējie partner, additional commercial terms, pricing or agreements may apply.

Those separate commercial terms will take precedence over these general website Terms where they specifically relate to the business partnership.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use Mūsējie for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to create fraudulent memberships

  • Copy, alter or manipulate membership cards or membership identifiers

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Use another person's membership without permission

We may take reasonable action to protect Mūsējie, its members and partners from misuse.

Website Availability

We aim to keep the Mūsējie website and membership services available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the website, digital cards or other services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

We may occasionally make changes, carry out maintenance or update parts of the service.

Intellectual Property

The Mūsējie name, branding, website design, original content and other materials created by us are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may use the website and membership services for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or misleadingly present Mūsējie content or branding as your own without permission.

Logos and other materials belonging to Mūsējie partners remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the Mūsējie service with reasonable care.

However, Mūsējie is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products or services of independent partner businesses.

To the extent permitted by law, we are also not responsible for losses caused solely by:

  • A partner changing or withdrawing an offer

  • A third-party wallet or technology service becoming unavailable

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Ending Your Membership

Changes to Mūsējie
